Return Policy

 

Please note that we currently only accept Domestic orders and returns.

 

Domestic Returns

We want you to feel confident in your gifting! If you're not satisfied, we will gladly accept the return of unused items with the original tags/labels attached, unopened sealed cosmetic products, and accompanied by the original invoice for online orders, within 30 days of the order shipment date.

• Shipping fees are not refundable.

• Monogrammed/personalized items and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or replaced. 

• Cosmetic products must have intact original seals to be eligible for return.

 

To initiate a return, please submit a return form by clicking on the 'Start a Return' button at the bottom of our home page.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Returns of used or damaged product may be sent back to the customer.

 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded based on your selection:

 

• You may receive a full refund amount in Jenn & Lavender credit and Jenn & Lavender will cover the return shipping. This credit will never expire.

• You may receive the amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8.99 return shipping and administrative fee.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Gift Sets

Gift set items are exclusively sold as a complete set. No returns or replacements are available for individual items within the gift set.
